ViralTube Exploder is an AI-powered tool that generates YouTube video titles and thumbnails. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to create content suggestions based on user input.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
ViralTube Exploder offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe, our payment processor.
- Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third-party rights
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or exploit the Service in any unauthorized manner
- Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
7. Intellectual Property
Content you generate using the Service is yours to use. However, the Service itself, including its design, features, and underlying technology, remains the property of ViralTube Exploder.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will result in increased views, subscribers, or any specific outcome on YouTube or other platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralTube Exploder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Messaging Terms (SMS)
ViralTube Exploder, operating as ViralTube ("we", "us"), operates an optional SMS programme. If you opt in, we may send you occasional product updates, tips, and account-related notices about the Service. This is a recurring message programme.
How you join. You may opt in only by affirmatively checking the SMS consent box presented alongside a phone number field — either when creating an account or on the welcome screen after your first sign-in. The box is never pre-checked, and checking it is never required to create an account, to purchase, or to use any part of the Service. Declining has no effect on your access.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation, after which we will send no further messages to that number. You may also stop by contacting support@viraltube.app.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or email support@viraltube.app.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, or location.
Your number. You must be the account holder or an authorised user of the number you provide. If your number is reassigned, cancelled, or transferred, notify us promptly at support@viraltube.app so we stop messaging it.
Your consent record. When you opt in or decline, we record your choice together with the exact disclosure text shown to you, the date and time, and the technical details of the request. We keep that record to evidence your consent, and it is retained after you opt out for the same purpose.
Mobile information. We do not share your mobile number, opt-in data, or consent record with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes. We may change these Messaging Terms. Material changes will be posted here before taking effect.
