We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 7 days of your initial purchase
- This is your first subscription with ViralTube Exploder
- You have not previously received a refund from us
What's Not Eligible
- Requests made after the 7-day period
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Second or subsequent subscriptions after a previous refund
How to Request a Refund
Option 1: In-App Request (Recommended)
The fastest way to request a refund is through your account settings:
- Go to Settings
- Find the "Refund Request" section
- Click "Request Refund" if you're eligible
- We'll process your request within 1-2 business days
Option 2: Email Support
Alternatively, email us at support@viraltube.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
Processing Time
Once approved, your refund will be processed through Stripe within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and Refund are different:
Cancellation
- Stops future billing
- Access continues until period ends
- No money returned
- Can be done anytime in settings
Refund
- Returns your payment
- Access ends immediately
- Only within 7 days
- Requires contacting support
Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the change takes effect immediately.
Prorated Billing
You only pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle:
- You receive credit for the unused portion of your current plan
- You're charged the prorated amount for your new plan
- Your billing date remains the same
Example:
Creator Pro ($29/mo) → Viral God ($45/mo) with 15 days left:
Credit: ~$14.50 | Charge: ~$22.50 | Net: ~$8
Downgrading Your Plan
When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change is scheduled for the end of your current billing period.
Why It's Scheduled
- You keep full access to your current plan until the period ends
- You've already paid for the current period
- Your new (lower) rate starts on your next billing date
- No partial refunds for downgrades
Example:
Viral God → Creator Pro with 15 days left:
Keep Viral God features for 15 more days → Creator Pro starts next billing cycle
Payment Processor
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We never store your credit card information. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe's secure system.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We process legitimate refund requests quickly and chargebacks can result in additional fees and delays. If you're having trouble reaching us, please try again or check your spam folder for our response.
